Auto delivery subscriptions will be charged every 30 days to the credit card supplied at the time of enrollment. If payment cannot be processed you will be contacted to provide new payment information prior to your next shipment being sent. It is the users responsibility to provide Dr. Kaplans SBS current and accurate shipping and billing information, and to contact us to communicate any changes in this information.
Users may cancel a subscription at any time without penalty by clicking on the “manage your subscription” link in the order confirmation email which is sent to you confirming your order. You will then link to your order details. On this screen in the upper left corner, you will see a “cancel” button. Simply select this option and then again select “cancel subscription” in the red box. If you need additionally help please contact us at hello@drkaplans.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If you cancel, all future subscription payments will be halted immediately. However, any products already dispatched before the cancellation date must still be paid for.
Auto delivery service guarantees product price for the lifetime of the subscription. Canceling membership may forfeit that price guarantee.
We may terminate your Dr. Kaplan’s SBS subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee prior to shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be cancelled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, no refund will be issued if user conduct involves fraud or misuse of subscription.
*By purchasing a subscription you understand and acknowledge your Dr. Kaplan’s SBS will automatically continue, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fees, including taxes and shipping if applicable, using saved payment method we have on file for you
