BRAIN HEALTH is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before using the product, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of our products.
CONTENT
“Content” may be described as, but not limited to, any text, images, videos, audio, drawing or graphics, design, data, trademarks. Any content not defined as User Content is owned otherwise used with permission of owner by Dr. Kaplan’s LLC. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch products within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and available/chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers but will assist you in resolving any issues. Dr. Kaplan’s SBS is only available in the U.S.A.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return both unused and used bottles within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@drkaplans.com with your order details.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees for returns may not be refundable, depending on the cause of the return.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
We offer a subscription service for Dr. Kaplan’s LLC, allowing you to receive regular deliveries of our product.
Auto delivery subscriptions will be charged at the time specified for delivery by customer. ie. every 30 days, every 60 days, etc., selected at the time of enrollment. If payment cannot be processed you will be contacted to provide new payment information prior to your next shipment being sent. It is the users responsibility to provide Dr. Kaplan’s LLC current and accurate shipping and billing information, and to contact us to communicate any changes in this information. Users may cancel a subscription at any time without penalty by clicking on the “manage your subscription” link in the order confirmation email which is sent to you confirming your order. You will then link to your order details. On this screen in the upper left corner, you will see a “cancel” button. Simply select this option and then again select “cancel subscription” in the red box. If you need additionally help please contact us at hello@drkaplans.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If you cancel, all future subscription payments will be halted immediately. However, any products already dispatched before the cancellation date must still be paid for.
Auto delivery service guarantees product price for the lifetime of the subscription. Canceling membership may forfeit that price guarantee.
We may terminate your Dr. Kaplan’s LLC subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee prior to shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be cancelled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, no refund will be issued if user conduct involves fraud or misuse of subscription.
*By purchasing a subscription you understand and acknowledge your Dr. Kaplan’s LLC subscription will automatically continue, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fees, including taxes and shipping if applicable, using saved payment method we have on file for you.
REVIEWS
All reviews are subject to our approval process, which may include removing or deleting entirely if deemed by Dr. Kaplan’s LLC to not be in compliance with our rules and guidelines. We strive to be transparent and post only real reviews from real customers.
Submitting a review gives Dr. Kaplan’s LLC full rights to the material included in the review.
